In what cases the refund may be considered:
1. Order Cancelation
You cancel the purchase of the product before we send it. Usually processed and ships in 3 business days, excluding period of public holidays in Israel.
2. Return unopened product
We accept returns of all unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees. You ship the product back in the same condition we shipped it to you and at your own expense. Once shipped, please send us a tracking number.
Since our products are skin care products, we can reject your refund request if you break the packaging or already started using the product.
The request should be sent via our contact form. Please be descriptive and add as much details as possible: date of purchase, purchase number, product name, your name and address.
Refunds are done via PayPal which currently is the original method of payment and can take up to 15 business days to process.
